Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Larroudé shoes, but if they aren't the perfect fit, we offer easy returns and exchanges within 21 days of delivery. All items must be in their original, unworn condition and packaging to be eligible for a refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email.

• 3.
  Pack Your Items

  Place the unworn shoes in their original dust bag and box, ensuring the package is securely sealed before attaching the return label.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy; we will process your refund or exchange once it arrives at our warehouse.
